Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, staying active through sport, and continually developing his skills to provide the highest standard of support.

Emma has been part of the Positive Care Solutions team for almost six years, beginning her career as a Mental Health Support Worker. Her experience supporting people with complex mental health needs has fuelled her passion for empowering participants to achieve greater independence and meaningful outcomes.
As Service Delivery Manager, Emma now supports House Managers and Team Leaders to build compassionate, high-performing teams that deliver exceptional person-centred support.
Harika is passionate about empowering people to live independent, meaningful lives through compassionate, person-centred support. She enjoys building trusting relationships with participants and helping them achieve their goals while always treating others with dignity, respect and kindness.
Outside of work, Harika loves cooking and exploring vegetarian recipes from different cultures. She also enjoys Pilates, which helps her maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Daniel has been part of the Positive Care Solutions team for almost five years. Drawig from his previous experience in high-support and challenging environment, he brings a calm, patient and compassionate approach to leadership. Starting as a Support Worker, Daniel progressed to Team Leader before stepping into his current role as House Manager.
